We're flexible on times for private events — anywhere from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Bar close-outs run four hours, so pick any start time up to 7:00 PM.

The Experience
You'll walk through our signature refrigerated room and choose your bottle of wine, cheeses, cured meats, and small bites. We'll then beautifully plate your selection for you to enjoy at your table.
All wines are offered by the bottle ($60). We don't serve individual glasses.
How Close-Outs Work
We close out the bar for four hours, at whatever time you choose. A minimum and security deposit of $12,000 is required to book the space. We can accommodate up to 44 people sitting and 10 standing at bar close-outs. It includes our bartender and cheese plating staff.
To be clear: the $12,000 is not a separate fee — it's your group's minimum tab for the evening. It's charged at checkout to secure your date, and every dollar of it is credited toward whatever your group orders that night. You only pay beyond it if your tab exceeds the minimum.
A Note on Customizations
Private close-outs are offered exactly as we've designed them — we're unable to accommodate modifications to the experience itself. That includes branded walls, signage, and any changes to the table design or other design elements: everything stays within the aesthetic standard of Maayan's Hospitality Group, so please don't request exceptions. Gift bags for your guests are very welcome.
